Our leadership team Vishwas Mudagal, Sonia Sharma, and Gilbert Millicent Nathan represented GoodWorks Group at KATALYST CONNECT, a consultation convened by Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri D.K. Shivakumar alongside Hon’ble Minister Shri Priyank M Kharge, MLA and KEONICS Chairman Shri Sharath Kumar Bache Gowda, and Dr. N Manjula, IAS, Secretary, Department of E, IT, BT and S&T, Government of Karnataka. More than 150 GCC leaders joined the conversation, focused on the next stage of Karnataka’s journey toward becoming the Global Capability Centre Capital of the World.
The session gave industry leaders a direct line to the state’s senior leadership on what it will take to attract more global enterprises and build a stronger innovation ecosystem. For a company focused on helping global organisations establish and scale their GCCs in India, hearing the government’s own commitment to innovation, talent, and ease of doing business was a welcome signal. We’re grateful to the Government of Karnataka for creating this space for dialogue, and we’re looking forward to playing our part as more enterprises look to build world-class capability centres in the state.
Getting a seat across the table from Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri D.K. Shivakumar and Karnataka’s senior leadership isn’t something we take lightly it reflects the confidence global enterprises place in us to help them build and scale in India. We see it less as recognition and more as an ongoing responsibility, one we plan to carry through every stage of a client’s India journey.
