About the Speaker:
Anjay Bansal – After being a Bangalore University topper in Accounts in1988 and with an MBA from Essae TAPMI, he successfully grew a Rs. 50 Cr. flour milling business with innovative products and professional management in a traditional industry. In 2005, he decided to exit the flour milling business and make a fresh start in a new field. He started People Source Consulting, an HR firm seeing the growing need and opportunity for HR in India’s growth story.
